Hi Kmasun It sounds like the error message is telling you what happened i.e. a singular value was encountered in the calculation for that pair of ROIs. What do the statistics for each ROI of the pair tell you? Maybe there is no separability? If that is the case maybe you should combine them into a single ROI. I think the ENVI Help mentions a reference that can help. Ciao
