Hi How to open MrSID files using Envi 4.7 (Solaris)? I tried from:  Open external File / Generic Format / MrSID  but a error message is returned "MrSID readed is unavailable for this platform".    Why? How to solve it? That make no sense when  this tool doesn't  allow users to open large compressed files from a powerful platform. I hope some folk here can help me.  Thank's          Sal
