Hello, i have a question regarding GeoTIFF format image display in ENVI (4.8). I wanted to subset my aerial HR image but when i opened it this image is mirrored. Can you please suggest me what i should do to get correct display of an image since i need it for further analyses? And why ENVI displays it like this? Thanks in advance!

ENVI will display the image as it was stored in the file. You can probably get it oriented correctly using the Basic Tools ->Rotate/Flip Data. There is a 'transpose' option that should allow you to manipulate the image into the orientation you need.

Thanks for your suggestion, I managed to flip image in to the desired orientation. But the thing i don't understand is why in other softwares (i.e. ArcGIS) i didn't need to change the orientation but it was projected right in the first place. If it would be stored like this in the file than in all softwares there would be the same thing but it isn't. I appreciate your help.
