I have produced a coherence map (INSAR), and imported it into ENVI with geographical info.Every pixel of coherence map has its own DN value as coherence. Then, I loaded another Landsat TM image into ENVI with the vectors (evf)as masks to distinguish different kinds of land types and uses(like vegetable ,urban and water). Now I need to extract the values in each vector(shape),(like I have to gather all the coherence of water ) and export them out as an array in the format like txt or xls for further statistical analysis like std dev.,histograme, and so on. I wonder does ENVI support such function or ENVI itself could help to do it. Appreciate your help.
