I have applied USGS Defined method for Gap filling for Landsat ETM+ data. After i have to apply T-cap... but when i check its spectral properties in ERDAS, it shows slight different values in Radiance Gain and Offset (a addition and subtraction of 0.4 from gain and offset for each of bands 1:, & 7)... My question is... should I use these new values or use the default values for T-cap generation? What is the reason for the change in the values?
I don't know why the gains and offsets changed after gap filling but I would suggest you apply calibration to your files before performing gap filling

I was not expected that change in values... but if i do apply before, doesn't it effect its calculation due missing data/gaps in Landsat?

No, calibration is applied on a pixel-by-pixel basis. So those gaps will remain 0s.

In this case, it is probably consider as an error.
