I have a set of image cubes with a psuedo geospatial reference (tie points) and base map image with a standard projected coordinate system as a reference. I know I can use the ENVI georectify tool 'Reproject Raster' to convert the cubes to my basemap's coordinate system. Can I run the Reproject Raster tool in a batch mode using an IDL script? If not is there a series of commands I can call that would do the same thing? http://www.harrisgeospatial.com/docs/...

It you are using tie points to project your image, are you use the Image Registration workflow (rather than Reproject Raster), which is how you register a 'warp' image to a 'base' image? There are batch routines for both of these but it sounds more like Image Registration: http://www.harrisgeospatial.com/docs/... or the Reproject raster task: http://www.harrisgeospatial.com/docs/...
