Hi I'm a new user of ENVI 4.8 I can't understand how to remove NaN values in a raster .. I perform the Texture calculation for Rapideye or Sentinel2 data, but when I try to compute ROI Separability The Process stops because there are some NaN in some band.. How con I fix it? Thanks in advance!

You can use the Build Mask tool to create a mask of the NaN values and then use Apply Mask to apply the mask to the file. When applying the mask, you can set a new value for these pixels such as 0.
