    Hello I have the following error, applying FLAASH to HYPERION ACC error: autochan: Known bad band include FLAASH-critical bands:90 ACC error: autochan: Known bad band include FLAASH-critical bands:49 I use Hyperion Tool to generate the Radiance file, I change the first 7 bands to good bands, I try changing band 90 and 49 to bad and good, but in all cases the trouble persist.     Can you post the contents of your input image .hdr file? Also can you post the contents of the template.txt that is created after you try to run FLAASH?

    Can you set all the bands to be 'good' bands? FLAASH should be able to determine which bands are bad. Why does your header show a 'combined' file of type 'air photo'? Hyperion GeoTIFF/HDF files combined and converted to ENVI format sensor type = Air Photo

    I don't see anything off in the template. What does it show in the journal.txt - at the bottom is where it will show where the process stopped.

    Hi!, I try all parameters and the same error, as the journal say something about polyshing, y desactivate the posyching option, but the journal still says that it can polysh cause of bad pixels. Finally I change parameter for polyshing from 9 to 1 band, and then the FLAASH process finish. Observation to consider. Now, the corrected image have manu bad pixels diferent pixel in diferent bands, does ENVI have a tool to correct this pixel in hyperspectral data? Is important because this anomalous pixels are chosen in automatic endmember retrieval. thanks JM Lattus
