Is there a way to subtract a spectrum from every pixel in an image simultaneously? The ENVI spectral math help only seems to address it on a pixel-by-pixel basis, and I need to subtract the Martian dust spectrum from an entire image.

You can subtract a single spectrum from an entire image using Spectral Math. Your equation would look like this: S2 - S1 When prompted to assign spectra to variables, click on S2 in the list, then click on Map Variable to Input File and choose the image you want to adjust. Then click on S1 in the list and choose the individual dust spectrum you want to subtract from the chosen image.
