Hello: I work with ENVI software and would like to utilize its capability of DEM Extraction from stereo images of PRISM triplet images. After purchasing some scenes (both L1B1 and L1B2), I've learned that the RPC (rational polynomial coefficients) do not come as part of the data order. I had presumed they'd be in the metadata somewhere or an associated file. Can someone instruct me or point me towards a reference for their computation or how to obtain? I saw a reference that RESTEC can supply the coefficients, but I don't have contact info to follow up with. I purchased the data from Alaska Satellite Facility. Thank-you in advance, Julie Griswold Volcano Disaster Assistance Program, USGS/USAID

I have only seen RPCs distributed with data that comes directly from Jaxa. If you, or the Alaska Satellite Facility cannot obtain the RPCs, then you could use the Build RPC function in ENVI to generate RPCs for the stereopair. This will require that you select GCPs with elevations but it should work for you.
