Dear all, I recently started to use ENVI. I want to do spectral resampling of HyMAP Imagery based on SPOT5 imagery. For this I used the build in funtion of ENVI spectral resampling and use the filter for SPOT5. But I want to know about the claculation procedure involved for the resampling. I believe ENVI also uses the gaussian distribution often called spectral response function to claculate weight. But I want to know detail claculation. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Regards Pujan

ENVI help says that if you specify a satellite from the pull-down list, then that actual filter function will be used. If you only specify a wavelength and bandwidth, then a gaussian shape will be used. You can view satellite filter functions in an ENVI plot window. They are spectral library files found in ENVI's filt_func directory.
