How can I remove the bad lines from my Hyperion data which is in L1T/G fromat(Terrain and geometric corrected) When i am trying this in ENVI it asks for no. of detectors. What is the no. of detectors to be given so that I get bad lines removed data . Is there any other software which can help me.

The destriping tool in ENVI will probably not be appropriate for your data. You might have a look at the Hyperion Toolkit available from our website under User Community->Code Library. It provides an option for a Flag Mask Correction which can interpolate values for the bad lines. You may need access to the pre-corrected data (L1R) for this though.
