Hello there, I have some forestry data with known proportions of tree species. How I can apply it in ENVI as prior probability values in Maximum-likelihood classification?

Currently there is no way to input prior probabilities to the Maximum Likelihood classifier in ENVI.

There is a routine in IDL that may do what you want.  It is actually in the IMSL routines available with an IDL Advanced Math and Stats license. The IMSL_DISCR_ANALYSIS procedure performs a linear or a quadratic discriminant function analysis among several known groups.  This routine has a PRIOR_INPUT keyword that could be used.
