If anyone could help, that would be great. I'm just trying to save some spectra as a spectral library. I don't know any of the code,  I just do the clicking. I just want to know, in the box that pops up when outputting a spectral library, what is the Z plot range they want you to put in? Anything else people could tell me would be great.

It is the default range used for the y-axis when displaying your spectral library in a plot window.  This usually represents reflectance from 0.0-1.0 but you can choose a different range, such as 0.2-0.7, if you want the library to display with this range as its default.  All the data is there, its just the default range for viewing the spectra.
