Hello. How can I visualize the separability of my ROIs? I've run the Computer ROI Separability tool from the ROI Tool window and got a value of 2.0 for almost all combinations, but I want to actually visualize the separation of the ROIs as histograms so I can see the range, means and especially the spectral distances between the ROIs. And I'd like to do this for all 3 bands separately (ASTER green, red and NIR). I did try the n-D Visualizer but did not find that to be effective, probably because of my limited use with the tool. Thanks.

Sounds like you might find it helpful to try selecting all of your ROIs in the ROI Tool, then choose the Stats button.  In the resulting dialog, from the Select Plot drop down list, choose Histogram for All ROIs, then whichever band you want to see the histograms for.  That way you can look at the histograms for all of your ROIs for each band, to view their spectral separation.
