Hi ALL, I would like to compute getis ord * statistic (standardised version getis ord) for a remotely sensed data using ENVI on a 3*3, 5*5, 7*7 and 9*9 kernels. ENVI provides only the getis ord (Not standardised) and this ignores the central cell. Nonetheless, I do not comprehend the various options of neighbourhood (rook, queen, etc) provided with the application. Even so after computing the spatial statistic using default settings, how then can I display the bar scale of the Getis index to see how it ranges?? Will greatly appreciate for any assistance given in light to solving the above questions. Cheers. Vincent
