Dear users,
I'm working with Landsat imagery using ENVI 4.5. I would like to know if it is possible to orthorectify these kind of images with my version.
Does somebody know how to make it?
Thank you so much.

ENVI d4.5 oes not have any tools that will orthorectify Landsat images. However, if you download your Landsat images directly from the USGS (through Glovis or EarthExplorer), they are already orthorectified.

It is possible with the add-on Orthorectification module for ENVI 4.6.1 to orthorectify Landsat 7 FAST-L7A 1G, Landsat 4-5 EOSAT FAST Format B (system corrected UTM) and Landsat 4-5, 7 CEOS (system corrected UTM) and Landsat MSS, 4, 5, 7 NLAPS (system corrected UTM) datasets.

Hello,
Is it possible to orthorectify the Landsat 5 data that are freely downloadable from the Brazilian Cuiaba receiving station at Cachoeira Paulista? We acquired a number of scenes from this site for regions that span both lowland jungle and high Andes mountains of Peru within a single scene that we have not been able to georeference to GLS2000 at less than 1 pixel RMS, probably due to topographic displacement. If anyone has any ideas for us here, please let me know. Thanks much.
