I have run ISODATA on an ETM+ image. After performing seperability analysis and eliminating classes, I want to use the edited signature file as a input for maximum likelihood. But there will be no ROIs associated with it. Is there a way to take to the output of ISODATA and use it as an input for maximum likelihood?
