Hello. I would like to know if there is a tool for performing radiometric normalization in ENVI (4.6). I've been trying with the SPEAR Change Detection wizard but I'm not sure if that's the right way to do it because I don't get to chose PIFs. Is there another way to do the normalization? I'm working with Landsat ETM+ (SLC on) images. Thanks Sophia

Normal 0 21 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Well, after reviewing the ENVI user guide I've come to the conclusion that there is not a tool for performing radiometric normalization, so I guess the manual way is the only way, but I'm still having problems with the PIFs. My study area is a tropical forest zone in the pacific coast of South America, so it's cloudy most of the year and there aren't big cities or any "synthetic" or human made features. If anybody has had this kind of problem I would really appreciate any advice you could give me about choosing pseudo invariant features. Thanks Sophia

Hi You can use IR-MAD radiometric normalization. Have a look following website:
