Hello all; I am a new ENVI user and  I am working with hyperspectral images of clouds, trying to work out the reflectivity structure of the imaged clouds using Fourier analysis. I need to build a time series of radiance values along a certain transect of a flight for a set of different spectral bands. I have an array of pixels each containing the spectra of 252 bands from 400 to 970 nm. What I would need  in order to build the time series is the mean radiance value per band per pixel. From the software I can get the mean radiance values of the different bands for the entire array (i.e., the array's mean spectrum), but I have not found it on the help files how to extract that information for individual pixels. Any ideas? Your help is much appreciated.   Lorenzo.

So, you're looking to calcualte the mean over time for each pixel, in each band? Which would give you a hyperspectral image showing the mean spectrum over time? Is that what you want? I'm not sure because you said you were hoping to build a time series, and that wouldn't be a time series, it would be one image, averaged over time. But maybe I just don't get it.
