    Hi, I am using MODIS Aqua L2 data. It does not have any projection system and I tried the "Georeference MODIS" tool in Map menu, but it did't work. Can any one please tell me how to solve this one. Thanks, Singaiah

    Go get the MODIS Toolkit located under the User Community ->Code Library. Search for MODIS. This toolkit allows you to select the MODIS HDF file and output it to its native or other projection.
