Hi all, I have SPOT 4 image in CAP format and "Pseudo Geographic Lat/Lon" projection, after atmospheric correction in FLAASH, it lost the projection, though I tried to registed it with the original SPOT4 image, the warp image still does not have projection. I wonder to know whether it affects the result if I convert the projection to a commonly used one before processing. Or anyone could give a better solution? Thanks! Rong

Pseudo Geographic is not a real projection. It is an estimate from the image 4 corners. FLAASH doesn't pass this information on. You might use the SPOT Georeference tool first, and then run the data through FLAASH.

Thanks so much! It is working now, but for the location of scene center required in FLAASH, should I use the information from the header file or real center of georeferenced image? There is a little difference between them. Rong

Either will work. It doesn't have to be very accurate. FLAASH just needs to know the approximate location.
