Hello! I am processing Hyperion data using FLAASH and as I know FLAASH generate reflectance in integers to save memory, but to get absolute reflectance i.e. 0-1, should I divide the integer value by 10000? If I devide by 10000, I get reflectance more than 1. Is this because of snowcover image of mountain region? Now I want to ask is this topographic correction is not possible with FLAASH? Secondly should I apply topograpic correction after FLAASH or before FLAASH? thanks

Yes, divide by 10,000. Yes, because of the snow. To my knowledge FLAASH is only for atmospheric correction, not topographic correction. I believe you should do the topographic correction after the atmospheric correction in FLAASH. Otherwise the resampling of pixels will distort the "true" spectral values and then spoil the atmospheric correction. Eva www.emaps.dk
