Dear All When i am going for spatial subset of Hyperion image (Original Image or Atmospherically corrected using FLAASH) ENVI is asking for resampling of the data. Which deteorate my data as Hyperions spatial resolution is 30 m. How I can spatially subset data without resampling?

Are you using the tool under Basic Tools > Resize Data (Spatial/Spectral)? If so, then you can specify a spatial subset, and leave the number of samples and lines (and pixel size) unchanged. This will avoid any spatial resampling. If that's not what you are doing, can you please describe how you are making a spatial subset? - Peg

Hi, Yes I am doing spatial subset by: Basictools> Resize(Spatial/Spectral Data). If we keep samples and lines as it is how the spatial subset is performed. For spatial subset we have to change samples or lines. Also I have tried using ROI but when we select ROI auomatically based on ROI defined it changes samples and lines.

To make a spatial subset without adjusting the resolution, you will want to click the Spatial Subset button when you are still in the file selection dialog. Once you click OK in that dialog, your options for spatial subsetting are gone, and you are only adjusting the resolution. But if you click that button while you are choosing your input file, then you will see a dialog that gives you a number of options for specifying a spatial subset.
