I'm new to ENVI and I want to create a new exercise for my class that introduces them to soft copy photogrammetry and feature extraction using a stereo model. I currently use the Stereo Analyst extension developed by ERDAS, but that has some problems functioning properly with the current version of ArcGIS. I thought this might be a good opportunity to try and develop a similar exercise using ENVI. Basically, I want to show them how stereo vision works using simple red/blue glasses. I have a stereo model in ERDAS format (block file) and I have the students explore the model, make measurements and extract either water features or delineate watersheds. Thanks.
