An example of MODIS Image is posted above and overlaid EVF. My question is: how do I get individual statistical values of each polygon in the EVF? The sample EVF has five polygons (boundaries) and I want to get the basic stats of eeach area by using a simple polygon. I presume I could it manually by clipping each area but what if I got fifty images? Is there a way in which I could get basic stats of each area by using single EVF? Thank you.

If the polygons have unique identifiers, from the Vector Parameters tool go to File ->Export Active Layer to ROIs->Convert each record to an EVF layer to a new ROI... and set the unique polygon identifier (attribute) that will be used to convert the polygon to an ROI. Once converted, open the ROI tool and you should see your separate ROIs. You can calculate statistics from the ROI dialog.
