I am trying to export the pixel data (of all bands to ASCII file or txt file) at random locations of a Hyperspectral image using a point shape file, the shape file has a few random points that intersect the Hyperion (Hyperspectral) image. I found the way to export them using a ROI tool. Now for my project I need to export neighboring pixels too (The neighboring 4 pixels where point data of the shape file is residing). Can anyone give me a few clues how I can perform the task.
