    I have some non-image data which is a collection of 600 different points, non-spatially related and each with 34 unique characteristics having numeric values. If possible I would like to import this data into ENVI as an ASCII file with 600 points and 34 bands, so that i can run an unsupervised classification. Basically I want to learn about how this data is clustered into groups having similar signatures of the 34 different characteristics. How can i structure an ASCII file so that ENVI can read this data and perform the unsupervised classification. An example ascii file, even if its only a few points would be very helpful. Thank you.

    For ENVI. ASCII file example: 1 column Point1 band 1 Point2 band 1 .... Point600 band 1 Point1 band 2 Point2 band 2 .... Point600 band 2 .... Point1 band 34 Point2 band 34 .... Point600 band 34 File -> Open External File -> Generic format ->ASCII. Interleave - BSQ Data Type - Select your data type Number of bands - 34 Result - Image - 1 sample, 600 lines, 34 bands
