Could I define a coordinate system for a Geotiff Image in ENVI. I need to execute Map->Convert Map Projection. When I open my GeoTiff Image, the default Project is set to Arbitrary, and when I click OK to execute, report error "unable to convert from an Arbitrary project". So how to achieve this. Please help

Hello, " Artbitary " is not the name of projection ( meaning is NONE) So, ENVI report the error"unable to convert from an Arbitrary project". You should choose your right map projection " e.g ... Geographic Lat/Lon , UTM, ..etc". You will be OK when choosing right coordinate system for your project. Pls let me know OK or NOT. Toe Nyi Nyi Oo.
