This routine ENVI_COMPUTE_SUN_ANGLES has an argument of GMTTime and its help says that a time of 2:30PM is to be given as 1430 whereas in the accompanying EXAMPLE the time of 10:45PM is represneted as 2275. If we follow EXAMPLE then 2:30PM should have been represented as 1450 and if we follow the argument help then 10:45PM should have been given as 2245. Do anybody has idea what should be correct form of GMTTime to be given to this routine?
