I downloaded some of the simulated Plieades data that you pointed to, and unzipped it to take a look. It looks like it stores the data in a JPEG2000 format file, and the RPCs in an XML file. ENVI can read JPEG2000 format, but it does not yet have a reader that understands how to interpret the RPC data in the XML file. So, it looks like you won't be able to orthorectify the Pleiades data in ENVI, unless you can track down the information necessary to build your own RPC file from Map > Build RPC. It is not clear to me that the final Pleiades products will have the same format as these simulated data products. When the final products are available, I think it is likely that our developers will add readers for those specific products to ENVI. Peg

Hi, The Pleiades data was provided in TIFF format (strip images) along with a DIM and RPC files that provide the meta data and RPC coefficients. Just found the Pleiades product guide on line which was very helpful. The data is 16 bit unsigned int but only 12 bits are used. Also, I just downloaded the IDL code to read Pleiades images for ENVI 4.8. Hope this helps.

Note that the current version of ENVI does have a reader for Pleiades data products. You can find it under File > Open As > Pleiades. Peg Exelis VIS

Are referring the Pleiades Toolkit that was available on the Exelis Code Library? If so that is unfortunately no longer available. But it is incorporated in the latest version of ENVI.
