Hyperion L1R data has spatial shift of 1 pixel in SWIR bands at column 128. How to correct this misalignment. Any idea correcting this in ENVI or any other application. Thanks, Anuj Singh

Hi guys, Just refreshing the query: I am pre-processing the Hyperion L1R data, where I can see one pixel shift at column 128 and 129 in all SWIR bands (70-242). Has anyone else faced this? Can someone help me with this, please. Literature suggest that this can be corrected using ISDAS tools but it is not available now a days. Has anyone done this in ENVI? Thanks -Anuj Singh

Hi Anuj, probably you are talking about bad lines. Try to take a subset of the image (L1R Converted image in ENVI format) by removing first and last lines and samples. keep the total bands (242) for further analysis. Hope it will help to take care of bad lines. Roohi

Hi Roohi, Those are not bad lines, those are shift by one pixel in line at column 128 and 129. There are many literature available, I will send you one. Let me know your opinion after that on anuj.geoinfo@gmail.com. Thanks for your reply. -Anuj
