Just to follow up, I also have noticed that the ability to calculate a confusion matrix is gone! I have a set of validation ROIs that are separate from my training ROIs and all I need to do is calculate map accuracy and class separability. I have read through all of the lit and it seems like the feature is just gone. Do I need to use IDL to complete these tasks with this newest version of ENVI? Any help at this point would be great. The ROI Separability tool did not make it into ENVI 5 along with some other tools. We do have a patch you can get to return the confusion matrix. Please have a look at this help article: http://www.exelisvis.com/...olbox-Functions.aspx Also, you can use ENVI 5 classic to get to these tools as well, including ROI separability. On windows, it is located in the ENVI 5 product folder under 'Tools'.

Even after installing the patch there seems to be tools missing such at the ROI Tool that used to be in Basic Tools->Region Of Interest->ROI Tool as well as the Output ROIs to ASCII. Will these tools be added in the next update?

The downloadlink for the patch is dead. Is it possible to acces it somehow?
