You are certainly welcome to post questions about SARscape here. There is not another Exelis VIS forum that is specific to SARscape.
Perhaps it will help to understand that these forums are intended as a place for users to assist each other. SARscape has less users than ENVI in general, and it could be that few of them visit this forum regularly.
While Exelis VIS tech support folks do answer questions here when we have time, this is not the way to submit an official Tech Support request. To do that, you would contact support@exelisvis.com or (303) 413-3920.
