I'm trying to help someone set up the ability to connect to a Windows computer over Remote Desktop. I used to be able to do it all the time while I was at Brown, with no special settings or anything needed. Now, with Win7 and ENVI 4.8, something seems to have changed. When I connect remotely, I get a "Licence not found" error, but if I sit at the actual machine we're trying to access remotely, the license works perfectly. Is there something simple that I'm missing? Anyone else had a problem with this? Jeff

Hey Jeff - Does your license have the 'TS_OK' feature line in it? This is required for Remote Desktop to work. We can easily add this into the file. Just contact Technical Support about adding it in.

Thanks Mari! I knew it was something easy like that :) I passed that along to the guy I was helping. He should put in a request to add that to his license soon I think. Jeff
