    Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to export NDVI to.shp so I can perform analysis in ArcGis. Thanks

    How do I get to the available vector window? I see i tutorials it says to go through "window" tab but I do not see that in ENVI 5. Thanks

    Just use the old envi interface. From the Start menu, choose All Programs > ENVI 5.0 > Tools > ENVI Classic (or ENVI Classic + IDL). And you will be good.
