Hello, I have issue with agricultural stress tool. A want to create stress map for the potato crops. I red in help that i need hyperspectal image or VI output file. When i select one of them the error window appears "Required indices for vegetation mapping not present". I have CASI hyperspectral 48band image. Please help me, it looks that it is nice tool for my situation. 1 hour later! I think i know why it not works. My ENVI 4.5 version is missing some indices: Normalized Difference Nitrogen Index, Normalized Difference Lignin Index, Cellulose Absorption Index, Water Band Index, Normalized Difference Water Index, Moisture Stress Index, Normalized Difference Infrared Index!
