Open .pix and .bmp files in ENVI 5.0

    I can't open .pix and even .bmp files in ENVI 5.0, but I can open them fine in ENVI Classic. Why is this? Thanks.

    Try using File->Open As->IP Software for .pix and ->Generic for .bmp
