Hi, Is there a way to stack layers which are not georeferenced? These layers have the same number of rows and columns. Thanks for any help.

If the files have the same number of rows and columns, pixel size and they are coincident (the pixel align), then in ENVI Classic (or ENVI 4.8 and earlier) you can use File->Save File As->ENVI Standard. This allows you to import multiple files and arrange the bands in the order you like, then save it to ENVI format.
