    Hello!! I have a set of radiometrically corrected Hyperion images. I want to perform atmospheric correction on these images. My question is should we perform layer stacking and then perform atmospheric correction or build an image cube and perform correction on the cube??

    The latter is probably the way to go. You could also do both methods and check your results and see what you come up with.
