Hi there! So basically, I have a RADARSAT-2 image, from which I have processed data, and from the ROI tool, I output to ASCII a matrix of elements. After processing it in MATLAB, I am left with certain lat/long values. Is there any way I can mark/color these points in the image from the file?

You could create ROIs from your lat/lon points by using the Import from ASCII tool. Then the ROI points could be displayed on the image.
