I have a large number of ROI files which were created on a non-georegistered image. I have since georegistered this image, but cannot warp the ROIs to the new image. I have tried the "reconcile ROI via map" but this just places the ROI file in an incorrect place on the new image (I changed the header file on the original image to match the geographic corners, coordinate system, and geo tie point of the new image) . Is this the right procedure, or am i doing something wrong or missing a step? Is it possible to just warp the ROI file along with the image when I first perform the georegistration? I would also like to know how this same procedure can be done for vector files. I don't seen an option similar to the reconcile ROI function. Thank you.

ROIs and Vectors cannot be warped like an image. ROIs contain only image coordinates based on the size of the original image, so in order to use Reconcile ROIs via Map would require that the original image have a map projection defined in order to transform them to a new image (also with a map projection). Vectors are similar in that if they are drawn on an image with no map coordinates, then the points are image-based and cannot be transformed to a new image with a map coordinate system.
