Hi - I'm trying to preprocess two images using an ENVI extention (IR-MAD). When I run the workflow, though, it gives me an error that says "Spectra/spatial subsets different", and I can't seem to figure out the problem. They're both high-resolution quickbird images. They are orthorectified, and had slightly different pixel sizes, but I fixed that using the "resize data" tool. I've also clipped them to the same extent in arcGIS, but I'm still encountering problems with their alignment, which I think may be the problem.. they are close, but not the same, even though they use the same projection . Does anyone know what's going on here, or how to align two images perfectly? Thanks. Emma

This sounds like a message that is coming from the extension, and not from ENVI itself. You will probably want to contact the developer of the extension for more information about this problem. I don't find this extension in the Exelis VIS Code Library, so I couldn't figure out who the developer was. Do you know who wrote it? - Peg Exelis VIS

Mort Canty? Here's the user manual: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7IDSHlM4SgEMzg2YzFlMjAtNTBlZS00NGFmLWI4ZmUtMjlkYjhlZGIxYzli/edit?hl=en It mentions something about spatial/spectral errors, but doesn't suggest how to fix them. I'll contact him now, thanks! Emma
