I have a pair of WorldView-2 images which were edited and partially blanked out by DigitalGlobe due to their proximity to an international border. When I try to open them in ENVI 4.8 the following message comes up: "An error was caught in the main event handler. Error: OPENR: Null filename not allowed." I can load the images in ArcMap but only have three of the normal eight multispectral bands showing. Has anyone else come across this?

I have not heard of this error before, or the product that you were provided. I would think it would still be delivered as a standard file format such as TIFF. How are you opening the file? Are you using File->Open As->Worldview or just selecting the TIFF (or other format) to open? Do you have access to ENVI 5 to test? You may need to contact Technical Support directly regarding this error if it is a valid file.

It came as a GeoTiff and I tried opening it in File->Open As->Worldview. I will contact DigitalGlobe.
