I am in the process of assessing the accuracy of a Land Use classification using ground truth point data in ENVI 5.0. The tool/option I find from the classification toolbox (post classification folder) is the “Confusion Matrix using Ground Truth image”. However, I have ground truth point data. Can anyone provide help on how to apply ground truth point data for land use accuracy assessment in ENVI 5.0? Thank you

I haven't tried to do any classifications in ENVI 5, I've been using Classic because of issues like this one. My experience so far has been that they removed a lot of useful tools when they converted from Classic to 5. If you haven't gotten a response on this thus far, I'd check with technical support and see what they say. And if you could post the answer you recieve on this thread I'd appreciate it. Good luck.
