I'm looking to do something very simple. I want to create a scatter plot of the data within the same ROI of two files (each only one band). I want the plot to contain all the data from the entire ROI, not just the roi within the image window. If ENVI can't do this, I'm looking for a way to export the pixel values of the two files and input them into something like excel to create a scatter plot. thanks
