Hi everyone, I have a problem when I want to geroreference a SPOT6 image (Original format: *.dimap, xml) with ENVI 5.1. The problem is that I need a leader file (*.dat) that I haven't. Anyone know where to find this file. P.D. I have the rpc file but in xml format.

SPOT 6 is opened with the metadata.dim file which should read all the metadata for georeferencing and calibration. Do you have the .dim file?

I don´t have *.dimap file, but I have a *.dimap.xml file, and when I hve to georeference this data, the software ENVI 5.1 asking for the leader file (*.dat).

If it is looking for a leader ".dat" file, then the data is not recognized as SPOT dimap format. The SPOT 6 data I have seen come with the metadata.dim or an XML file that looks something like 'DIM_SPOT6_P_##########_SEN_##########.XML'. This is for both TIFF and JP2 files. If it is actually SPOT dimap format and ENVI is not reading it, I would suggest you contact technical support directly to see if it is a bug.

Have you tried using RPC Orthorectification? The Georeference SPOT tool is older and designed for a different format of data.
