Hi Everyone, I would like to build a spectral library in order to be able to perform supervised classification on some hyperspectral images. Using an SWIR Hyperspectral camera and a point spectrometer, I collected data of a rack of many different sample materials for the spectral library. I need to be able to pick out each sample in the Hyperspectral image manually, and combine this with the point spectrometer data. What is the best way to go about this? The photos were taken terrestrialy (ie not from a plane or satellite). Thank you for taking the time to help me out!
