http://www.exelisvis.com/docs/Atmosph... I am trying to correct Landsat 8 thermal data. In the section on thermal atmospheric correction it refers to the TIMS radiance tool to convert the data to radiance. Does this have another name because I can not find it in the toolbox or has the tool be renamed. Thanks for your help.

TIMS is a thermal scanner and the tool 'Calibrate TIMS' is specific for that data, just like AVHRR has it's own calibration utility. For Landsat thermal bands, you can use the Radiometric Calibration tool to calibrate the thermal bands to radiance (and TOA temperature). Then if you want to get temperature or emissivity, you can use the tools under Preprocessing > Radiometric Correction Tools > Atmospheric Correction.
