Hello all! I have data in Matlab - hyperspectral imagery that I need to get back to ENVI for viewing. How can I accomplish that? Originally I exported the hyperspectral image in TIFF format onto MATLAB. After running a couple of algorithms there, I want to get back the data to ENVI so that I can view the changes and differences. The images cannot be viewed in MATLAB. Is there anyway to do this? Thank you.

So, once you perform your processing in MatLab, the output is in a form that Matlab itself can't view? What format is it in? I think what you will need to do is convert the image output from Matlab into a format that ENVI can read. Fortunately, ENVI can read a whole lot of formats. For example, TIFF might be a good option. - Peg Exelis VIS
